Pain In Arm, Between Shoulder And Elbow. Treatment?
I have extreme pain in my arm when i straighten it, the pain is from the elbow upwards to half way between my shoulder and elbow. i think it hurt it playing netball but i didn t hit it against anything or fall on it. Not sure what is wrong with it, any help would be great as i have a basketball game soon and want to play.

in that particular region it could be a muscle tear or sprain. rest and anti inflammatory medication should help. physiotherapy would be of benefit also. if it is a muscle tear or sprain you should see a gradual improvement over the next few weeks. if it does not improve I would arrange to see your doctor.
