Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome.
Hernia is diagnosed on physical examination in the standing position.
Abdomen is a magic box and hence diagnosis may not be easy.
A gastro- enterologist (medical/ surgical) is probably the best person to consult.

DR GS
