Hi,
It is common in PCO to have intermittent spotting.Breakthrough bleeding is a common phenomenon with duphaston. The chances of getting pregnant only with duphaston are remote in PCO, as ovulation failure is the reason of infertility here. Your symptoms suggest progesterone induced water logging. I suggest you to undergo proper evaluation and treatment with a gynaecologist as PCO has a very good chance of getting treated.Good luck.
