Hello
Generally speaking, women gain about 8-10 kg during pregnancy, 1-2 in the 1st trimester, 2-3 kg in the 2nd trimester and the rest during the 3rd trimester.
In my opinion, your weight should not be too much of a concern from the medical point of view. This kind of weight should not put you or your baby at any increased risk of complications.
However, if you do not want to gain excessive weight, and want to have a healthy pregnancy at the same time, make an appointment to see a dietitian, who should be able to give you valuable advice as to how to reach your goals of weight gain.
Best wishes.
