Overweight, Pain In Balls Of Feet, Pins And Needles In Feet. Can You Help?

I am overweight, and am on my feet all day, and one day three years ago, the balls of my feet just started to hurt. Pins and needles as well. Went to doctor, and blood sugar is okay. They just seem to bother me all the time. Went to podiatrist and other, and they just don't seem to have any answeres. Can you help?

Hi...obviously you have to reduce your weight which is a reason for your pain. You can try soft sole foot wear called ( micro cellular rubber) MCR foot wear and contrast bath that is immersing your feet in warm water with a pinch of salt. You can take pain killers if pain is unbearable. Thank you, take care.
