Hello and welcome,

Thanks for your query.

The best advise given to a diabetic, especially ones who are experiencing exhaustion frequently and almost throughout the day is:

'Eat more number of meals. Small healthy meals. More frequently'. I would say about 5-6 meals a day. This would also increase you metabolism and in turn lead to weight loss.

Most people have the same restrain of time. Why don't you try to give yourself 10-15 minutes a day. And just take a stroll, may be around your office, or your house. It should be sufficient to start off with.

A diet containing healthy food, should take care of most of it. I also advice a consultation with a nutritionist who will advice you elaborately on the particulars of your diet, including food items you can eat and in what quantities.

I hope I have this information helps, you could write back to us anytime for further clarifications.

Best wishes.
