Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The possibility of pregnancy is very less in your case.
As :
- You achieved menopause
-History of tubal ligation previously.
The symptoms you are having could be psychological feeling of being pregnant.
This is called spurious pregnancy.
So, no need to worry.
If you want once go for ultrasound. That will show the absence of pregnancy.
And by visualizing that directly you can come out of the thinking of pregnancy.
Take care.

Hi, after tubal ligation and menopause, it is not at all possible. But every thing is possible in a human miracle body. To be on safe side get the home pregnancy test done , with the first urine if negative you can have the blood test for H.C.G.test. Thank you.

Hello,

Thanks for posting on HCM,

Given your medical history, it is very unlikely that you get pregnant and the chances of that happening is probably less than 2%(in women with their two tubes). First of all, you having one tube and being on menopause makes your chances far less than the 1%.
So yes there is a very slim chance that you could be pregnant and the only way to know this to conduct a pregnancy test.
Also you should know that they are wide number of illnesses that usually present with pregnancy symptoms which could be responsible. I suggest you see a gynobs for proper medical review.

Hope this helps
