On Sprintec, Nipples Burning, Periods Due, Abdominal Cramps, Slimey Discharge, Muscle Ache, Bloating, Headache. Why?

I have been on the pill sprintec for a year and two months haven't missed a day yet. Last week my right nipple felt like it was on fire burning so bad. Suppose to start my period this week usually Tuesday but today I woke up with abdominal cramps and slimey discharge. Also been having muscle aches in my arms and legs, headaches every now an then, bloating, and gas for couple of weeks.

Your age wouldve been really important information as your symptoms match those of pre-menopause as well.

First of all, please get your hormone levels checked and then look for a possible infection that could be causing the discharge, etc. If you are on any birth control it might be wirth mentioning as this could be the cause for your symptoms as well.
