Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are using oxycodone every 4-6 hours, probably you have reached the maximum dose per day that is why you might have got a call.
Any how it is the time for quitting it, more over by tapering the dose.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms of pain neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. and use non sedating anti inflammatory drugs for pain relief.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get full relief of pain.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
