hi doctor i having problem to having ma monthly period last 8 dec i hav period but still i don t get period ma doctor sugg. me to teke deviry tad for 3 day but after taking tab still i dont get period wat should i do plz sugg. me

Hi, welcome to H.C.M.Forum. what you should do immediately is to get home pregnancy test. if it is negative, lack of blood is the possibility. use plenty of green leafy vegetables. protien rich foods,if necessory you may have to use iron capsules, with the advise of a doctor.thank you.
