HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Just relax and no need to worry, there will not be any need of surgery if you just avoid the constipation and this is just possible if you change your diet, have lots of fiber containing diet, drink lots of water, have water in between while eating, avoid smoking and alcohol keep your stress level low, apply steroid contain ointment or cream start taking sitz bath, dilate anal area with candle with local anesthetic agent use little candle firs then gradually increase the size, never exert force in toilet while you go for, have nice day.

Hi Dear

Welcome to the platform of Health Care Magic.

Dietary changes and regular bowel habits are quite important;

Dietary changes;
Excess consumption of Fibre rich diet like Complete fruits (avoid peeling if avoidable) fig is quite help ful, plenty of vegetables, bread made of full of husk ( avoid maida), Excess water intake.

Try to be Regular in straining.Same time daily.Please do not skip.
Apply some local anaesthetic cream or gel in and around the anal opening before and after passing stools.

Isabgol preperation to be taken regularly with plenty of liquid.
Laxatives like cremalax regularly will help in softening of stool.

Passage of soft stools will help in healing of fissure symptoms.

But if the symptoms are not being releived with all these measures.
Then it will be better to go for surgery (permanent solution) instead of lot of sufferings you are undergoing.

Hope the query is answered
Thanks
