On Alprostadil. Is There Any Auto Stick Needle Available To Inject?

I HAVE BEEN prescribed with the 40 msg alprostadil.. and wondering if they have on the market a auto injector that will auto stick the needle and inject the med?? also not being in med field how does one read the amount of dosage on the medicine tube compared to the msg dosage ?..example is .025 same as 5 mcg etc.??
