On Alloprinol For Uric Acid. Avoiding Citric Food, Milk, Nuts, Rashes Breaking Out. Diet To Follow?

Hi ive been looking for a doctor that can answer my questions. First my uric acid is 7.5 and my doc wants to put me on alloprinol, Second i cant have any citris acid foods, milk, soy, any nuts, i have been avoiding all meat because i have been breaking out in rashes on my hands and feet and legs, i don't know what to do or eat and i want to be healthy

u can have carbohydrate food..protein food leads to increase in ur uric acid levels.so avoid them.rice,bread are carbohydrate food...u can add the list
