ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear mikespools
Hello I am Dr Ravinder Sharma ENT surgeon from India . On the basis of information provided it appears that you need a work up by a neurotologist. The symptoms you have described are suggestive of a intracranial space occupying lesion. I would advise you for a CT scan head. The symproms you are describing are suggestive of a mass lesion pressiing on VII nerve causing facial palsy and then fullness in eyes and drooping of lid suggestive of third cranial nerve palsy. However there are other possibilities that could contribute to these symptoms but a ENT or Neruology consultation hold the key for the right diagnosis. I hope this answers your concern. Please let me know if I can help you further
