Question: I have loss of hearing in my right ear, tinnitus in my right ear, and dizziness and balance problems. This has been present for a number of years but is becoming worse. I am a 63-year-old female.

Yes, I do have hypertension, well controlled with medication.

acoustic neurons is also one of the differential diagnosis. it is usually characterised by gradual progressive hearing loss.
It can also be diagnosed by MRI.
