Odd Echo, Bit Of Reduced Ability To Hear After Hitting And Bruising The Ear. What Should Be Done?

I hit my ear between the mat and someone else s head and bruised it in wrestling practice. I have a bit of trouble hearing now but i can still hear everything, but whenever anything with bass, for example the basketballs that were bouncing in the gym during practice, and now when I got home its things like people running up the stairs, make this very odd echo in my head. I don t hear the echo in my ear it seems like. It is almost like listening to a heartbeat that is inside my brain. My brother just shut the door and I have a good echo going in my head now. What should I do?

Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that your middle ear has a shock due to the blow. As a result you are having this type of reaction. It appears due to change in the position of the mini bones in the middle ear, and a little oozing there by.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a M.R.I. of the head for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, mefenamic acid, and phenyl propolamine hydrochloride.
