Occasional Pressure In Chest To Head. Lasts To 1 Minute. Cause?

5'9" male, 52 yrs old, 200 lbs but exercises 6-7 days per week either running 3.5 miles per day or riding stationary bike 15 miles. Occasionally experiences a vice-like pressure in the chest that radiates to the head accompanied by tingling as the pressure decreases. Usually this lasts for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Has happened occasionally in the past (maybe 1-2 times in a year) but has happened 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks

Hello,
thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Age is 52 years and healthy life style.
Vice-like pressure , you are feeling in the chest, may be due to increase in the blood pressure just after exercise ( systolic pressure or upper one).
So ,if, any doubt please get in X ray chest and an E C G of heart to rule our any disease.
Hope I have answered your query.
If further any question I will be happy to help.
Good luck.
