Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi. I get occasional sudden pressure or squeezing sensation on the side of my head, like my brain is being squeezed. The pressure is pushing outward and the area is about the size of my fist. The sensation is very uncomfortable but only lasts about 5-10 seconds when it happens and it is usually no more than 2-5 times per day.
I suggest you do not spend much time in PC tablets or TV. Drink plenty of water, sleep 8 hours, eat healthy, do not use alchohol or smoking, not to much caffeine. If you don't feel better make MRI of the head. Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
