Numbness in cheek, lips, dizziness, pain in both ears. Sinus? Scan shows deviated septum, sinus discharge

i have been waking up the past couple days and the left side of my cheeks and lips are numb/tingly. I m also dizzy and have pressure/pain behind both ears. I had a cat scan of my head done 2 months ago which showed a deviated septum and sinus drainage. Could these problems be related to my sinuses because I feel like crap!
