Numbness And Cold Hands. On Epidurol. Done CAT Scan. Is It Granulomatous Disease?

I was having numbness and cold hands. Went to Dr. and they were going to do epidurol but in looking at the imagine as to where to place in needle in my spine, Dr. saw this dark area near T7 - T12. Did not continue procedure. Sent to have CAT scan. They indicated the dark area was old granulomatous disease.

Is this something I should be concerned about.
