Noticing An Oily Substance On The Surface Of My Urine Along With Irregular Contractions And Pressure On Abdomen

Hello, I have had a preterm labor a year ago, I am currently 34 weeks pregnant. I was recently in L&D 1 week ago because I was going into preterm labor but the magnezium they gave me stopped the labor. I am 3cm dilated and have been recently noticing an oily substance on the surface of my urine along with irregular contractions and pressure on my lower abdomen and buttocks. I have also been noticing that my underwear have been getting wet (size of a quarter). Could I be leaking?

yes you are leaking and the membranes have ruptured. you are already 3 cm dilated and progressing into active labour. please visit you ER at the earliest. have a safe delivery
