Noticed Swelling Above The Right Eye After An Injury

i am a fit 45 year old, i was at work and i walked into a door and hit just above my right eye, it swelled up like an egg and all around my eye was bruised for a couple of weeks. now every so often i get a pain in my right temple and I can feel as if the vein has swollen and it feels tender to the touch. Sometimes my right leg then feels like it is tingling. Is it related to hitting my head?

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having swelling above the right eye after an injury. This is because of hematoma as a result of collection of blood in the layers of the layers of skin as a result of injury.
The treatment is by use of analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs for pain relief. The hematoma will decrease over 3-4 weeks slowly as the blood gets absorbed.

Thank you
