Noticed Sharp Chest Pains, Nausea And Diarrhea

I ve been nauseated since Sunday, diarrhea, and sharp pains. I feel fine now but every 30 min the sharp pains start and I can barely move. It s under the left and right breasts but above my hip. & across the middle of my stomach. It all started with sharp chest pains

Hello,

Your mentioned history suggestive of acute gastroenteritis like condition.

I suggest you take rabeprazole like antacid for week.

Don't take excess spicy foods.

Drink lots of water to maintain hydration.

Take ORS or vital Z like powder with water to maintain electrolyte balance.

You can be prescribed antibiotic course as well for five days.

If no improvement than stool analysis needed.

The muscular pain could be due to lost electrolyte in diarrhea
