I am panicked that I may have inflammatory breast cancer. Three days ago, four small red painful red spots appeared on my breast. Although 24 hours prior, I was outside and a bug was found in my bra (I felt something painful, and found a bug and got it out), there are no puncture marks. Since it has been three days and the spots were still there, one of which is kind of painful, I started to stress. The more I stressed today, the redder the spots seemed to be. I don't have a fever or any other signs of shingles (I don't think). The breast is the same temperature as the other breast and other than the four red spots seems the same. I had a 3D mammogram that was normal back in Jan and a breast exam by a breast surgeon two weeks ago which was normal. I am 48 years old.
