Noticed Decreased In The Levels Of Pus Cells And Rbc's After Passing Taking Antibiotics

Sir my six month old baby is passing stool in which range of pus cell is 30-40and rbc 10-12earlier 15day before he was having same problem but after taking antibiotics cefixim n oxfloxian pus cell 15-20 cum n rbc nil i want to know is any thing to worry n y its repeating
