Noticed A Bruise On Head Due To Injury

I hit my head falling forward while walking on cement. There is a bruise and I have had headaches off and on since. It occurred 3 days ago. Is this normal? I was intoxicated and don't remember the actual event very well. My email is YYYY@YYYY

2. Vomiting
3. Giddiness
4. Dizziness
5. Double Vision
6. Blurring of Vision
