Hello i have a 17 year old who isn t sexually active. she has large very painful black marks or sores on the outside of her vagina . she said it started out very sore and raw then she noticed brown discharge . she also has a sore throat and a high fever. they say she has a lung infection. they have her on medication. could this be a symptoms of the infection? will her medication help with the black spots as well?
