No Periods, Tension Headaches, Noises In Ear, Neck Pain. Connected To Menopause?

i am 52 and havent had a period for 8 months.i have alot of stress in my life and i think it is making my menopause symptoms worse.i have bad tension headaches and sometimes i have noises in my ears .could the menopause and stress be causing these noises.i also have alot of neck pain .is this also connected to menopause.

pain neck could be due to ostoporsis which usually accompany menupause.I would suggest you to consult a gynaecologist who will be above to evaluate you for menupausal symptoms and may prescribe you treatment accordingly.
