No Periods After Mirena Removal. Having Pregnancy Symptoms, Reports Negative. Side Effects Of Removal?

I had Mirena removed after 4 years 6/20/13. I had little to no period. I have had no period since removal. My stomach is bloated, i have had off and on headaches, early on extreme fatigue and still pretty tired, warm body temperature, thoughts are scattered sometimes, fluttering in stomach, breasts feel larger, not tender as in my first pregnancy and occasional nausea. I have taken 4 home pregnancy tests at different times of day and all have been Negative. I feel like I am pregnant, but not sure if this is the mirena crash! Totally frustrated with googling this on internet and blogs.

Hi,
Your symptoms could be due to withdrawal effect of the coil or early pregnancy. You may test for pregnancy through a blood test for serum beta-hCG titres as well as a trans-vaginal sonogram as urine pregnancy tests have been negative; if pregnancy is excluded, you may need hormones to achieve withdrawal. Please contact your consultant for further support. Hope this helps. Take care.
