No Cycles Only Spotting, Recommended Diane, Breastfeeding Now. Is It Safe ?

i had my cs last may 4 2013 den i had a little spoting until july 10; i dont want to be pregnant so i went to an ob.she recomended diane my 1st take was july 14 and end aug.3.she told me that i should have my menstresion wd in aug 4 to 1o.den the rest days 11-31 is safe for me? and i have my brestfeeding now is it safe?tnx

Thanks for your query.
You have to take diane continuously to ensure that you are protected against pregnancy.
Just one cycle of taking Diane would not offer contraceptive benefits.
Only breastfeeding also is not totally protective against pregnancy.
consult your gynecologist for a prolonged prescription of appropriate contraceptive.
