Need Treatment For Hematoma On The Groin Area

I believe I have a hematoma due to my seat belt due to auto accident. My primary has ordered cat scan. How do I identify it as such? also, I have hard type of contusions along groin area. Basicaly, seatbelt location. Is this an accumilation of old blood? Could this be bacterial in nature? I was treated for nroken ribs and pain control but nothing for these contusions. This is concerning considering swelling has increased daily. I thank you.

Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have some soft tissue injury leading to some haematoma. If swelling increase in size then you should consult your doctor and take treatment. If needed go for ct scanbor mri. You need some treatment of your swelling. Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
