Need To Reduce Weight. Can I Take Herbal Life Products?

hello doctor... i am a female of 23 years old. last week i did check my weight and it was 63 . I was told to reduce 9 kg.. Now i m taking some herbalife products such as protein shake, Afresh, cell u loss, activated fibre, cell activator etc from yesterday. will these products help me out? i want a 0 size figure. please help me.
