ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

It is likely that you are having a severe infection of your throat and penicillin is not working , as the organism may be resistant to penicillin and you may have to switch over to another antibiotic . please meet your ent doctor as soon as possible.
I would also like you to start gargling with warm salt water 2-3 times a day, it will make you feel better.

Thanks
