Need Medication For A Cut On The Tip Of The Finger
My two year old cut the tip of his finger off and they stitched it back on, then put a full cast on until it heals, they took the cast off and it wasn't completely healed and part of it was all black where the skin didn't take so they put a cast back on for another 2 weeks to make sure the other part heals, I can smell a nasty smell through his cast, what is it and why?

I would be concerned that there is an infection under the cast and so I would seek urgent medical attention to have the cast removed so the wound can be inspected and appropriate action taken.
