Hello, I had an ECG done and the results are as follows, sinus rhythm (slow), minor high lateral repolarization disturbance/consider ischemia/LV overload or aspecific change small negative T in aVL with flat or low negative T in I.......could anyone please explain...thanks
Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you should not worry much about your ECG report. As it is normal. No changes of ischemic heart disease and arrhythmia. Nonspecific T wave abnormality can be seen in normal individuals. So it is not a marker of heart disease. Your rhythm is also normal without any arrhythmia. So no need to worry for your ECG as it is normal.
