Need Advice On The Reports Of TAS And TVS Test

Hi I am 5wk6d pregnant. A TAS and TVS was done. Impression - Right Adnexal complex mass with minimal fluid around and with probe tenderness. Solid area with small cysts with irregular margins and few internal echoes.

Can you please throw some light on the above impression. Thank you

hi since you say you are pregnant I am assuming your upt to be positive. keeping in mind that and reading about your ultrasound report it looks like an ectopic pregnancy. this is to be investigated at the earliest and treated as a medical emergency because if it ruptures it can be life threatening . all the best take care .
