Need Advice On Progesterone Levels During Pregnancy

I had frozen blastocyst transferred a couple of weeks ago. Found out on Monday I'm pregnant. I'm taking 2ml Gestone a day plus 400mg Cyclogest 3 times a day. My progesterone levels are only 135. BHCG 359, having risen by 60-80% every day since Mon. The last time I had progesterone levels <200 when pregnant I miscarried ( similar drug routine). Is prog. of this level likely to indicate an issue?

Hello ma'am and welcome.

Low progesterone levels can cause a miscarriage once pregnancy does take place and if it has not yet taken place, it can prevent conception altogether. So it would certainly be advisable to continue with cyclogest.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
