Need Advice On AIDS Symptoms.

I just received the results of the analyses from the lab (feces analyse)
They found endolimax nana (with a certain amount of cysts)
I would like to know if there any link with an hiv contamination?
I never been to tropical country.. I'm leaving in europe.
I'm gay, and my last test for HIV was on 5th of july and came negative....
and since then I only had protected sex relations (mutual masturbation)
But I've read that intestinal parasites are more common in HIV infected persons ? are these parasites a sign of Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome stage ?

Do I have to worry ?

Hello,
Thanks for the consult...

Brief answer,
Need not worry

Explanation,
1. Most of the parasitic infestation are common in HIV infected individuals but not all individuals suffering from worm infestations will develop hiv
2. You already mentioned that you done the test for the Hiv antibodies and the test came negative
3. Try to done the Western blot test after 45 days of risk of exposure if the result is negative then you are free from hiv infection
4. Use always safe methods while practicing the sex

In this case you need not be worried because you are infected with parasites but not with hiv

Hope this information helps
