Neck Pain, Headache. X Ray Shows Prevertebral Disease, Taking Physical Therapy. Recommendations?

Hi Doctor, After some days of neck pain, stifness and headaches, I had an X-ray of my neck. The results reported that I have prevertebral disease due to a muscular spasm. I was prescribed by my doctor to due 10 sessions of physical therapy, take muscular relaxants and rest. After them I felt better but still have some crack sounds and some pain in the upper part of my neck. How it is possible to recover my normal cervical lordosis???

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
hello dear friend ,thanks for writing to HCM
i have studied your case

you need methylcobalamine , muscle relaxant with analgesic

If not relieved you need MRI spine

we treat such cases with epidural injection in spine which gives a long term relief

IF you are above 60 years osteroporosis is associated with old age , will need inj bisphosphonates once year
take rest , , hot or cold fomentation
avoid lifting weights

continue spine extension exersizes
Take physiotherapy again for 7 days - SWD ,IFT WILL HELP
