The heart burn, chest pain, throwing up of blood due to oesophageal varices/enlarged veins secondary to liver cirrhosis need to be addressed urgently.you need to be examined by your Physician/PCP who can investigate you for your problems by getting a endoscopy,ECG,blood work and imaging studies done. You definitely need to be treated in a hospital or de-addiction unit/facility where you can stop the alcohol intake.Apparently you are in poor physical shape and need medical help.
