My wife is currently 4 weeks pregnant and this evening while using the rest room she noticed bright red spotting. Over the last few days she had very very light pink periodically when wiping. She also has a bloated or very mild cramp feeling. Should we expect the worse. She does have a fibroid on her cervix. But this is our first pregnancy since a miscarriage last July. Naturally seeing the red spot for the first time this time has his worried sick.
