My Sugar Level Is 275. Is It OK?
My blood sugar was 275 yesterday. Today after fasting it is 211. Should i go to the ER?

Your sugar levels are high but I think it sufficient to go to the opd instead, not really an emergency. But watch out for symptoms like vomiting and breathlessness, pain abdomen
