My Right Ankle Became Swollen Last Year, And After Two

My right ankle became swollen last year, and after two weeks it misteriously cleared up. One week before I went on vacation this year the left ankle did the same thing. I went to a dermatologist he said he didn't know what it was. He gave me creme to put and said to use it for 3 weeks and call him when I got home. The creme made my skin peel, but never got rid of the pain.
The swelling moved from the rt side of my left foot to the top of my arch and the back of my foot above my ankle bone. I don't know what Dr. To go to? Could it be related to my RH. I asked my RH Doctor last year with my right ankle and He didn't think it was related . I went to an orthopedic surgeon last year, he said it was a torn ackleas tendon. It was not torn. Is it a circulation problem? Hope you can help.
