My period has been irregular for the past couple of months. It'll come and then skip a month or two and come again. This never really happened before and I'm not sexually active either. I've gained some weight recently and my sleeping pattern has been really messed up. A couple of days ago, my breasts have been tender and I keep feeling like I'm going to get my period but I didn't. What could be wrong? Should I be concerned?
