My penis is slightly bend in left side , and i have premature ejaculation

Sir I got married about 7 months back but now when do sex with my wife i find the sperm just after ejaculation comes out , what is the problem I don t know I tried in several ways but the result is same, my penis is slightly bend in left side , please suggest what should i do

I donot find any problem looking to your querry. slight bending is not proble so long
your inter course is ok. comming out of your ejeculation after inter course if it is slight
and rest inside is normal phenomana other wise after intercourse you stay little more
inside vagina thanks
