My husband has a history of retainng fluid and is continuously clearing his throat with some coughing. Can this clearing/coughing and very little shortness of breath be related to the fluid issue?
He also has issues with only sleeping 2 - 3 hrs. at night and wakes up and not being able to go back to sleep.
