My Health Has Been Declining Fast, Please Advise Me

i am 39 years old and my health has been declining fast over the past year. I can;t pin point it but I can say that my blood pressure readings lately have been 154 / 84 average and I am extremely tired. I have not been to doctor due to insurance issues. ?? any advice

get a thorough medical check up with physician to rule out or find out the cause of your declining health
you need tests to be done as advised and follow advice
your b p is not low rather it is beyond normal limit particularly the systolic b p
consult physician and find out and take treatment

Hello.welcome.You are having systolic hypertension.Get your hemogram,LFT,KFT.LIPID profile,sugar and VIT D,S.B12,iron,FOLIC acid and Homocysteine done.Once these investigations are done the cause of extreme weakness can be found out.Good luck.
