Have Weight Loss, Declining Health. Have Uncontrollable Diabetes, Taken Various Medicines. What To Do?

Hi doctor, I am 26 years old female and I was diagnosed with sugar one year ago. I am continuously losing my weight and heath. First time the sugar got controlled within one month but after that it is out of control most of time despite doctor changes medicine every month, it always remains 250 in fast and 300+after meal. Urine and thirst are under controlled but weight is not increasing and health is not recovering, diet does not go into body.

I will be very grateful to you if you kindly let me know what I should do to gain weight and recover health and control sugar.

Hello,
All of your symptoms are because of presence of uncontrolled diabetes in you.
Once your blood sugar levels are controlled you shall be all right in all the respects.
You must immediately consult a diabetologist and get yourself tested properly and the most important point to look for is ,whether your diabetes is TYPE 1 or TYPE 2.
Your treatment would depend upon finding the type of diabetes because TYPE 1 diabetes is treated by only injectable insulins and oral anti diabetics have no role in their treatment.
C-PEPTIDE TEST,GAD ANTIBODY TEST and ISLET CELL ANTIBODY ( ICA ) test would confirm whether your diabetes is TYPE 1 or not.
Once proper medicines are instituted, you shall recover completely.
Along with medications, observe proper dietary restriction and do regular aerobic exercises for 45 minutes a day.
I hope it helps.
Thanks
