My Daughter Has Been Having On And Off Ear Infections

My daughter has been having on and off ear infections for over six months now. She gets severe dizziness, loss of balance, blurred vision, darkening of the field of vision when getting up. Today she has an inability to focus for long periods and its getting a lot worse. The ENT did a ear culture and I got the call today that she has a staff infection in the ear. She has been on Ciprodex for each one of these and it has done nothing. I have a follow up appointment for Friday but I'm scared to wait that long since she has recently(June7th this year) had a radical cholesteatoma removal with canal wall down and wonder if this could be entering her brain. Should I just take her to the hospital tonight?
