My Daughter Has Always Been Healthy. For As Long As

My daughter has always been healthy. For as long as I can remember she has a mole or freckle on the roof of her mouth. She was diagnosed with strep throat on Oct. 15th then on Oct. 22 she was having severe belly cramps and the fever returned the doctor tested for flu it was negative. So they said it was the stomach flu but there was no vomiting or diareah at all. Today is Nov 18 and her fever has returned her neck is so swollen to where she looks like her lymph nodes are the size of ping pong balls and bad belly cramps. Her tonsils and throat look good. The doctor ran a mono and cbc test and said its OK do I need to take to a doctor that specializes in malignant moles because all symptoms point to this?
